Delivery and Returns
So that we can offer you the most competitive postage prices we use Hermes courier service. Postal rates are in weight bands so you can save money by ordering a few jars for the same money.
- Order 2 jars for the same postage as 1
- Order 4 jars for the same postage as 3
- Order 11 jars for the same postage as 5
You can collect directly from us or from us at one of the events we're showing at. I'm happy to deliver to CV21, CV22 & CV23 postcode areas for a nominal charge.
The prices contained on this website only apply to delivery within the UK mainland. For orders outside this area, please contact us for a quotation.
All orders are normally dispatched within two working days but please allow up to seven working days during busy periods; if there is likely to be a delay beyond seven working days, we will inform you as soon as possible. We can arrange for orders to be delivered at weekends but please contact us for a price.
The packaging inside the boxes is bio-degradeable and will break down in compost or dissolves in water.
Springfield Kitchen will always replace faulty or damaged products free of charge. Breakages must be notified within 48 hours of delivery. If our products are not to your satisfaction for reasons other than damage or breakage, please ring first to discuss the problem and see if it can be resolved.
We cannot accept returned goods which are not faulty, except by prior arrangement, by telephone, in which case we will deduct the original cost of postage and packing from any refund. The goods must be returned in perfect condition, in the original packaging and suitable for re-sale.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
We understand postage prices can be off putting, even though we use the cheapest way of shipping available, So we encourage you to ask your local butcher / greengrocer / deli or farmshop to stock our range so you can pick it up along with the rest of your shopping!
