2017 was our most successful year so far and we thank you, our customers for your continued support. 2018 has started in the same vain with numerous orders (unusual for January) and another award nomination, this time for the Midlands Food, Drink & Hospitality Awards.
Following on from our Best Local Producer (Food & Drink) in the Muddy Stiletto awards we're delighted that we have been awarded stars for 2 of our products which we entered into the Great Taste Awards run by the Guild of Fine Foods.

Our aim is to provide you with some great tasting jams, marmalades, chutneys, pickles and in time many other tasty goodies.
All of our goodies are made from 100% natural ingredients with no artificial flavourings, colourings or preservatives, only 100% naturally good food! By not using artificial colours & flavours there may be slight variances in batches but hey........it's natural. Most of our products are suitable for Coeliacs, Vegetarians and Vegans.
As the seasons come and go, we will be producing some great foods for you, some of which will be made from fruits and vegetables from our own garden. As we will be producing items from seasonal produce our stock list will constantly vary. Check with us regularly to see what new products we've created.
Since moving to "Springfield" in August 2004 we've spent the majority of our spare time turning a forgotten garden into one that now provides us with much of our vegetables and more recently soft fruits. We garden as organically as we can turning everything that we cannot use into compost for the garden. We use no peat based composts and we use no pesticides.
