As you'd expect a sharper chutney than most of our others

We first started to make this lovely chutney to use up our glut of homegrown rhubarb. When we don't have enough of our own we pick from Malt Kiln Farm just ourside of Rugby. Slightly sharp with a little mixed spice, great with pate and cheeses especially goats cheeses.

Ingredients: Rhubarb (42%), Cider Vinegar, Sugar, Red Onions, Dates, Salt, Mixed Spice, Ground Ginger.
