Seville Orange Marmalade with Saffron & Cardamom

We picked up this idea while having a communal breakfast on holiday in Goa in 2023. A guest from Mumbai told us of this marmalade he'd made recently. We instantly put it into the memory bank and made some when we got back. It became an instant hit with a number of customers coming back for more. 

Ingredients: Water, Sugar, Seville Oranges (21%), Lemon Juice, Organic Pectin, Cardamom, Saffron.
