Membrillo - Quince Paste

Favoured by the Spanish to accompany their Manchego cheese and was popular in the England from Elizabethean times Membrillo is making a comeback. It's made with the pulp of the quince fruit after the cooking liquor has been taken to make Quince Jelly.

Slice thinly & serve with your cheese, also great with game.

Ingredients: Quince (50%), Sugar, Lemon Juice, Vanilla Pod.
